Mid-level Platform Engineer – Developer Experience

Role Overview

• Implement improvements to Developer Experience tools and workflows used by multiple teams.
• Contribute to defining and evolving clear, simple, and adoptable development Golden Paths.
• Reduce recurring friction in the development journey, improving the technical experience.
• Produce technical documentation that facilitates onboarding and correct use of the platform.
• Progressively grow in autonomy and technical responsibility for shared solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a developer (mid-level or equivalent) in Developer Experience, platform, or enabler teams.
• Solid technical background in software development, with an interest in working in a platform or Developer Experience context.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation of development workflows.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and standardize workflows.
• Familiarity with Developer Experience platforms and internal catalogs (e.g., Backstage or similar).
