FPGA Engineer – Various Levels

Role Overview

• Designing and owning FPGA solutions for quantum control systems.
• Defining KPIs for hardware readiness and pushing the boundaries of system performance.
• Using high-end lab equipment and test infrastructure to troubleshoot hardware "in the wild."
• Collaborating with Hardware, Firmware, Software, and R&D teams to bridge the gap between code and quantum logic.
• Leading complex, system-wide projects and making architectural decisions as a Senior Engineer.
• Mentoring junior engineers and influencing supplier selection and component quality for Senior Engineers.

Requirements

• Expert-level development in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or VHDL.
• Proven track record in testing, verification, and achieving timing closure.
• Experience with performance-critical or low-latency systems.
• Comfort with hands-on debugging and multidisciplinary collaboration.
