About this role
Role Overview
Prepare, review, and process account opening and onboarding documentation for new client relationships
Ensure all required forms, agreements, and disclosures are completed accurately and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate account setup activities across internal and third party systems and operational platforms
Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items to meet ETF launch timelines
Partner with Client Success, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth client launches
Serve as an internal point of contact for onboarding-related questions and status updates
Escalate issues or risks that may delay account opening or impact client experience
Support client-facing teams by ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience
Assist with client inquiries related to onboarding documentation and account setup
Maintain accurate onboarding records, checklists, and documentation repositories
Update internal systems and CRM tools with onboarding status and account details
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and controls
Support reviews and reporting related to account opening activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, account services, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in financial services, investment management, fintech, or a regulated environment (preferred)
Familiarity with account opening, client onboarding, or operational workflows (preferred)
Experience working with CRM or onboarding systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools) (preferred)
Exposure to compliance, KYC, AML, or client documentation processes (preferred)
