3+ years of experience as a senior software or senior cloud infrastructure engineer
Strong software engineering foundation with significant experience building platforms or developer-facing infrastructure tooling
Proven experience taking a platform engineering initiative from zero to meaningful adoption
Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
Expertise in building automation with IaC and modern CI/CD systems
Strong understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals
Experience designing and applying automated testing and tooling
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex projects
