Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-native backend services and data pipelines
- Build and evolve event‑driven services and APIs
- Implement and optimize data ingestion and processing components
- Lead the maturation of prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts into production-ready services
- Write and maintain robust unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and building production‑grade backend services using Java and JVM‑based technologies
- 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer
- Proficiency with Scala, Python, and Apache Spark
- 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
