Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Account Management Teams to continually increase the value OM members and DataDive customers bring to and receive from the Association.
Work with other departments across the enterprise to ensure the tactical needs of the client are fulfilled.
Process accounts receivable related procedures/processes for all new and renewal sales organizational membership and Data product agreements, and ancillary product sales.
Support the team on product development, pricing, testing, piloting, rollout, enhancement, and management as it relates to membership and data products.
Work with the sales and account management teams to prioritize special projects that support the department.
Download monthly reports on sales and account managers metrics such as renewal tracking, member and customer adds, survey satisfaction rating and survey return percentage.
Complete monthly commission reports for sales team, and quarterly commission reports for the account managers, providing to the Director of Business Development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field
2 years of experience in related field
Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects
Working knowledge of CRM systems; previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver’s license
