Role Overview
- Develop and execute SEM strategies in line with client objectives
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Create and manage campaign budgets and forecasts
- Develop a robust testing roadmap and ensure continuous evolution of client’s SEM programs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business goals
- Lead and mentor a team of SEM Account Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management
- Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms
- Marketing Agency experience required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a plus
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
