Execute local account plans based on guidance from the Global Account Manager (GAM) and regional leadership.
Identify and engage key local stakeholders, including HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers, to drive account adoption.
Support pilot programs and initial projects to ensure successful integration and smooth rollout of global accounts.
Run structured local prospection to detect new expansion opportunities and map new departments or teams within your country.
Conduct local qualification and assess specific pains or needs while maintaining high-quality CRM and MEDDIC data.
Prepare and deliver business reviews with the support of the GAM to demonstrate local value and ROI.
Coordinate with local MSP and vendor contacts to resolve delivery issues and monitor performance.
Requirements
High-level education, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related commercial field.
Relevant experience (minimum 3+ years) in enterprise sales or account management, with a track record of handling complex stakeholders.
Native level in French and strong English proficiency to operate within our global team structure.
Strong command of sales methodologies like MEDDIC and CRM tools to maintain pipeline hygiene.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver adapted product demos and handle local objections professionally.
