Role Overview
Support the development and execution of communications strategies for the CCO
Contribute to a well-organized and efficient communications approach
Contribute to planning and execution for key business level initiatives
Help coordinate internal, customer
and partner-facing communications, events and activities
Work with customer-facing and internal stakeholders/partners to ensure communication aligns with GTM initiatives
Contribute to GTM and company-wide communications projects
Requirements
7+ years of progressive communications experience
Experience supporting GTM, Sales and/or Customer Success teams
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
Proficient in executive presentation tools (PowerPoint), internal channels (Slack, Teams, SharePoint), external channels (LinkedIn)
Strong collaboration skills across global regions and functions
