Serve as the President’s right-hand operator, helping translate priorities into clear plans, sequencing work, and ensuring follow-through across the portfolio
Act as the connective glue across business lines and leaders, driving alignment, resolving blockers, and pushing decisions to closure in a fast-paced environment
Build and continuously refine the operating cadence that reduces chaos and increases leverage for the President and CEO
Support clear, direct communication from the President to leaders and teams, ensuring priorities, expectations, and decisions are understood and acted on
Prepare high-quality executive materials and narratives for internal leadership moments and external/community-facing initiatives.
Requirements
6–12+ years in roles such as: Consulting, Strategy & operations, Program management, High-growth startups, Finance / investment roles with operational exposure
Proven ability to drive cross-functional priorities to completion in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
