Support the Program Manager and Senior Program Manager across multiple contract tasks, providing day-to-day project coordination and execution support
Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics, including developing agendas, capturing accurate meeting minutes, tracking action items, and distributing follow-ups
Act as a flexible, trusted project support resource, stepping in to lead meetings or Scrum ceremonies when the Program Manager is unavailable
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, confident, and responsive client-facing interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, public administration, information systems, or similar)
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, task management, or project management support roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in creating client-ready presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven self-starter with a high degree of accountability and follow-through
