Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of project management experience focused on IT, software, or business systems implementations
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with CRM, PSA, and/or ERP applications
Proven capability to quickly ramp up on new systems, tools, and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent (preferred)
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, ChurnZero, Kantata, and/or NetSuite (preferred)
