Build literature-mining and evidence-triage pipelines
Integrate multimodal data into coherent risk narratives
Generate mechanistic off-target hypotheses and pathway-level safety rationales
Apply Responsible/Trustworthy AI practices
Write clear documentation and contribute to automation codebase
Present progress and findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to prioritize use cases with maximum impact

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship
Foundational coursework in computer science, statistics/probability and data analysis, AI fundamentals, biology, or toxicology
Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling
Experience with Jupyter/R Markdown, SQL, Git/GitHub, and environment management
Coursework or hands-on projects in AI/ML; familiarity with NLP/LLMs
Experience working with -omics datasets and biological knowledge bases/ontologies
Familiarity with target liability assessment and translational safety principles.
