Accountable for the development of staffing and capacity models for frontline operational teams.
Create and refine templates and modeling tools that the team can use as a standardized resource.
Review and analyze an extensive portfolio of operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Gain hands-on experience with operational management system tools to facilitate a deep understanding of organizational growth and workflow depth.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), Operations Research, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
Strong proficiency in data synthesis and the ability to translate "big data" into actionable staffing insights.
Financial modeling skills (experience with capacity planning or workforce management tools is a plus).
A curious mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across different levels of leadership, from Investigators to the VP of Anti-Financial Crimes.
Excellent communication skills to present complex modeling results to non-technical stakeholders.
