About this role
Role Overview
Lead pre-sales activities for cybersecurity solutions and services in CCA region
Collaborate with CCA partners and resellers to enhance sales efforts with technical expertise
Serve as product expert for customers with Sophos solutions
Deliver corporate information focused on security trends and vulnerabilities
Share strategies to mitigate cybersecurity threats
Provide technical guidance to partners and resellers for Sophos solutions
Articulate complex security concepts to C-Level
Stay updated on cybersecurity developments
Ensure customers are informed about threats and best practices
Reports to HQ with permissible telecommuting
Up to 25% travel to current and prospective customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related technical field
At least 5 years of experience working with decision makers to achieve sales quotas in IT or cybersecurity industry
Demonstrated ability with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services; technical cybersecurity understanding including protection methods for Networks, Cloud Workloads, Windows, Linux and Mac OS devices
Demonstrated ability delivering high quality product demos to customers
Ability selling through and with channel partners, thriving in a team selling environment
Outstanding customer experience communication skills
