About this role
Role Overview
- Finance business partnering for the segment's North America Commercial Organization.
- Support Annual Recurring Revenue analysis and reporting.
- Prepare Unfulfilled Performance Obligation disclosure for a portion of the business and calculating accompanying contract liability reclass.
- Lead the NA Productivity Deck and deliver a variety of both regional and global reports on profitability, billable hours and others.
- Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance.
- Support local FP&A team in launching new programs.
- Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI
- Prior FP&A experience
- Project management experience
- Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and processes
