Senior UX Researcher – Product Owner, Medical Claims Evaluation

Role Overview

• Support a mission-critical Defense Aviation Logistics application used by federal customers.
• Conduct deep user research, usability validation, and workflow optimization in high-consequence operational environments.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts to ensure system supports aviation readiness, sustainment, and operational planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX Research, Human Factors, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience operating as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or hybrid UX/PO role.
• Strong command of UX research methodologies and product discovery practices.
• Experience influencing roadmaps and delivery decisions through research.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in regulated or high-risk environments (healthcare, government, finance).
