About this role

Participate in the design and optimization of essential infrastructure for mining sites
Analyze, size, and optimize mining infrastructure subjected to high loads
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
Coordinate the production of drawings, models (BIM/Civil 3D), calculations, and templates
Ensure the technical compliance of deliverables
Manage project scope, engineering schedule, budget, and report quality
Develop concepts and preliminary scenarios to support business decision-making
Perform site inspections at mining operations for existing structures and works under construction

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (ing.)
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the design, analysis, and supervision of mining civil infrastructure
Proficiency in Civil 3D and familiarity with mining-site practices, standards, and requirements
Fluency in French required; English is an asset
