Manage the integration of complex clinical practice strategies for the sustained improvement of patient care
Develop and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products
Serve as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders
Partner with leadership to develop design strategies and drive utilization of multiple program initiations and development in large hospital systems
Research data, partner with data experts, set strategy for key metrics, and present baseline and outcome findings

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
8 years of previous related experience with direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations required
Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or sophisticated clinical pathways preferred
Excellent facilitation, presentation, project management, and MS Office Suite skills
Proven expertise in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationships, consultative abilities, influencing, and relationship management
Ability to relate to physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers
