Oversee and coordinate Patient Flow across the Health System
Coordinate patient flow and resource utilization based on provincial clinical standards and guidelines
Identify and mitigate risks associated with overcapacity situations
Foster linkages across sectors and regions to support improved access to care
Work closely with regional utilization teams, medical and clinical leaders to identify operational business needs

5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting
3 years' experience in the acute care system
2 years’ experience in patient flow or bed utilization
2 years’ experience managing processes and projects
Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution
Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate
Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds
Must be able to lift and carry items of up to approximately 25 pounds
