About this role
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and support to the US Research Assistant team
Oversee and prioritize workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all RA outputs
Handle complex research and publication tasks with minimal supervision, while coaching others on day-to-day execution
Review work produced by RA team and provide feedback to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Partner with analysts to support data collection, document analysis, and research projects
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing processes and implementing new
Foster strong collaboration and communication between NY and London offices to ensure consistency of publishing as well as meeting deadlines
Maintain and modify internal databases and CMS tools; train team members on best practices
Collaborate with sales and data teams on client requests, marketing materials, and bespoke data needs
Requirements
Multiple years’ experience in a research, data, or capital markets support role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and content management systems (CMS)
Good understanding of the leveraged loan and bond markets, including how market conditions impact structures and documentation
An understanding of LFI / Covenant Review products, data content, and how clients use them
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior analysts and stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to train, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members
Experience building best practices and fostering a productive, collaborative work environment
