About this role

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
Utilize recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or Psychologist License in Ohio
Candidates are required to have a master’s or doctoral degree in qualified specialty from an accredited college or university
Relevant clinical experience with providing direct services to clients
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Ability to pass a background check
