Role Overview
- Assist the procurement team with administrative duties and coordination of operational activities
- Tracking and compiling contract documentation, routing for signature
- Scheduling Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with vendors
- Coordinate and manage the transition of suppliers to the C&W system
- Assisting with requests for information, quotations, and proposals
- Keeping track of vendors information and certificate of insurance (COI)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required
- Previous experience as facilities coordinator is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Experience tracking data in an Excel spreadsheet
- Technical knowledge of 360 Facilities Management is a plus
