Role Overview
lead and develop a growing team of customer success professionals
oversee client relationships, drive retention and satisfaction
mentor talent and model great client engagement
balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership
guide complex escalations while empowering the team
ensure customer success outcomes scale alongside the business
create dashboards per client on utilization, penetration of products, pursuit plans, and win strategies
Requirements
10 years’ experience in managing large (1MM member) health payers
3+ years in a people leadership role
deep understanding of the payer landscape of health plans and inter-plan operations
BA or BS in any field plus relevant job-related experience, MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
ability to define a clear vision and roadmap
strong communication and excellent presentation skills
financial acumen to drive profitable growth
ability to build trust and approach problems from a curious, ready-to-learn perspective
proven track record in strong change management
