Conduct needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and training requirements for production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supervisory staff within a manufacturing environment.
Design, develop, and deliver effective technical, compliance, safety, onboarding, and professional development training — including hands-on, classroom, e-learning, and blended formats.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate documentation of training records as required by regulatory agencies.
Research and integrate new training technologies and best practices tailored to a manufacturing environment.
Support change management related to process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus
Demonstrated experience delivering training sessions to groups of 20–30 participants.
