Role Overview
- Designing and maintaining data ingestion from internal and external sources
- Building and operating reliable ELT pipelines end-to-end
- Developing and owning analytical data models using dbt
- Operating and improving our self-hosted data platform on Kubernetes
- Ensuring high data quality through testing, monitoring, and documentation
- Acting as a bridge between infrastructure, analytics, and product teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data Engineer (or similar role)
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Hands-on experience with dbt
- Experience building and maintaining analytical data warehouses
- A good understanding of data modeling, testing, and data quality
- Interest in infrastructure, performance, and operating data systems
- Bonus: Background as a database engineer or knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes or self-hosted data platforms
