Develop and execute integrated ABM, Evergreen, National, and Regional Marketing campaigns
Own campaign planning processes, including quarterly roadmaps, creative briefs, budget allocation, and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into market-ready campaigns
Direct the ABM program strategy and execution, including account selection, segmentation, personalization
Serve as subject matter expert for ABM platforms
Partner with channel owners to ensure seamless campaign execution
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Build and maintain reporting cadences to demonstrate marketing impact on pipeline
Lead, mentor, and develop the Campaigns team.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, and integrated campaign management
5+ years of experience in marketing leadership role with direct team management responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot)
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead funnel optimization, campaign attribution models, and multi-touch engagement strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to executive leadership.
