Role Overview
- Responsible for paying bills and maintaining bookkeeping & finances
- Manage CEO’s inbox and oversee cash flow
- Monitor Monthly Budget and add new employees to Gusto
- Review and update company financial policies and SOP’s
- Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones for successful outcomes
- Handle payroll and tax-related documentation including W2’s and 1099’s
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & Gusto is required
- Finance EA experience is preferred
- High level of accountability and ownership & assertiveness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient taskmaster who can focus and get things done
- Strict attention to detail, fast paced, self-starter who values autonomy
