Provide Compliance Program leadership for assigned service lines and/or locations.
Responsible for the assisting in the overall implementation and day-to-day management of the Revenue Cycle compliance program.
Works collaboratively on program components, standards, goals, resources, training, monitoring, reporting and team building efforts.
Work cooperatively with Company Leaders to ensure continuing support and understanding of all compliance responsibilities.
Serve as Compliance liaison to Ensemble clients.
Develop and perform training associated with Compliance Program policies, regulatory updates, government and payer coding audits, investigations, and settlements.

Analyze, research, and respond to questions relating to the compliance program and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Develops and maintains policies and procedures regarding the Ensemble Compliance Program.
