Provide project and program management to residential and commercial customers for the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program
Support the development, promotion and implementation of EV initiatives
Engage with customers, installers, and communities
Manage program payments, approve program applications
Coordinate with management for Program financial and operational performance reporting
Work cross functionally to develop and implement enhanced procedures for continuous process improvements for the EV Programs
Collaborate on RFPs for selection of outside vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, related disciplines, or equivalent experience
Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in technical sales, project management, engineering, managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs
Requires working knowledge of clean energy policy and program management
Also requires knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting best practices
Ability to use PC desktop applications with proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of electric vehicle charging and utility DR and peak demand reduction programs and load profiling.
