Support Channel Strategy efforts in New Hampshire
Collaborate with manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, and distribution partners to promote and manage energy efficiency programs
Help accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies
Strengthen engagement with market partners
Contribute to long‑term strategies that drive customer energy savings
Market energy efficiency offerings to business partners
Support eligible customers in implementing effective, energy‑saving solutions
Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of programs throughout the full Eversource territory
Track financial performance and operational outcomes
Support the development and execution of RFPs
Assist with the selection and management of vendors

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in wholesale distribution, technical marketing, sales, engineering, architecture, project management or energy efficiency services
Experience and/or aptitude in customer service also desired
Strong project management skills
General building systems background and/or familiarity with energy efficient technologies such as lighting, hvac and water heating equipment
Ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application
Solid working understanding of financial principals and the ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
