Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills.
You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
Requirements
You're available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
You have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus!)
You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
Experience with children with special needs is a bonus — but not required.
