Translate complex business requirements into robust Pega workflows, leveraging deep platform knowledge to create efficient case designs, integrations, and user experiences.
Serve as a hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot intricate issues, optimize system performance, and guide teams through the nuances of Pega architecture and best practices.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to shape technical direction, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions that meet both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.
Support integration efforts by working across APIs, data sources, and external systems, ensuring seamless communication and secure, well-structured interactions within the broader ecosystem.
Act as a mentor and resource for junior engineers, sharing insights on Pega development, debugging techniques, and engineering fundamentals to strengthen the team’s overall capability.
Requirements
5+ years of Software Engineering experience
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
PEGA Infinity experience
Strong Technical Expertise in the Pega Platform
Understanding of Pega architecture and functionality
Nice to Haves: API Development (RESTful, GraphQL, .Net Web API) Familiarity with new cosmos-react/ Constellation UI framework
