Preparing and submitting purchase orders on a daily basis to vendor suppliers.
Making purchasing and order fulfillment decisions with a daily goal to achieve a 100% fill rate.
Assuring the timely processing of sales order fulfillment based on daily company order activity.
Working with sales and customer service departments to ensure customer orders are accurately entered, and placed in a timely and cost effective manner.
Providing troubleshooting of purchasing issues to other company departments.
Using ERP to compile data and analyze purchasing patterns.
Negotiating pricing, transportation and payment terms with vendors.
Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
2 years of prior Purchasing experience.
Experience within a retail or manufacturing business is preferred.
NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
