Role Overview
- Lead and support client management, opportunity identification, and pursuits with municipal clients in Tennessee
- Client service, development, relationship management, and growth of existing business
- Opportunity identification and new business pursuits
- Project development
- Mentoring, empowering, and coaching other team members
- Execution and management of complex civil engineering designs
- Technical design expertise for projects
- Planning and managing projects to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
- Lead staff recruitment in Tennessee offices
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or relevant program
- Minimum 15 years of experience managing civil engineering projects and leading engineering design teams
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work with, and contribute to, a larger team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, organization, collaboration, and coordination skills
