Role Overview
- Practice governance
- Measure value stream performance and assess the maturity of the various components of the IT asset management practice
- Integrate the IT asset management practice into corporate governance
- Make recommendations to various decision-making bodies
- Act as an expert advisor to managers and committees
- Ensure planning and full lifecycle management of IT/technology assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of ten (10) years of information technology experience in IT asset management (ITAM)
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to teams of any size
- Knowledge of frameworks and methodologies related to IT asset management, including ITAM and the SAFe® scaled agility framework
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office®, Power BI, and database management/processing
- ITAM certification is an asset
- Knowledge of FinOps principles is an asset
