Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
Certification meeting DoD 8140 (e.g., Security+, or higher).
Certification meeting AZ-204 or AWS Developer Associate.
10+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
Demonstrated experience developing, testing, and maintaining object-oriented software applications, with primary proficiency in C#.
Hands-on experience developing applications hosted on Windows and Apache web services environments.
Operational experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, Quartz, AngularJS, React, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
Proven ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code and mentor other developers on secure coding practices.
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.
