You'll serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and operations, managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a customer advocate, you'll process and monitor orders, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
You'll analyze data, create reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
Additional certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial
2 years prior customer service experience
Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in order processing and customer service operations
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
