Functional EHS, Facilities & Security leadership for TAVS
Provide oversight and indirect leadership for the EHS, Facilities, and Security functions
Coach and mentor site EHS and Facilities leaders
Partner across TAVS sites to characterize and predict risk
Establish and Drive Daily Management rigor and connectivity across all locations
Drive rigorous Management of Change (MOC) processes
Ensure adherence to Operational Safety, EHS, Facilities, and Security Standard Work
Provide multi-site oversight of facilities operations
Partner with sourcing, real estate, IT, and other enabling functions to plan and execute facilities projects
Lead EHS and Facilities/Security daily management routines
Partner with site leaders to drive adherence to GE Aerospace processes, policies, and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment)
At least an additional 5 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment
