Create user-centered product solutions based on user and business insights for our client partners
Solid skill set in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas resulting from project meetings
Collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to define and implement customer-centric solutions
Promote and contribute to UX/UI best practices, processes, and methodologies
Experience in problem-solving and analytical techniques
Requirements
Accredited degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related work experience
2-4 years of experience with UX/UI design
Demonstrates a good grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
Creates visually appealing designs, maintains, and manages digital brand consistency
Good understanding of industry standards of design patterns
Solid working experience with design and prototyping applications
Experience in the Wealth Management industry (Nice to have)
Experience designing within an Agile software development organization (Nice to have)
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI developers and Back-end Engineering) within B2B, B2C, B2B2C or eCommerce (Nice to have)
Data visualization (Nice to have)
Understanding of Accessible Standards ADA, WCAG 2.1 (Nice to have)
