About this role
Role Overview
Provide legal guidance on strategies involving ASC partnerships, commercial models, distribution programs, reimbursement trends and engagement with ASC stakeholders
Support contract development and review for ASC offerings, collaborations, facility level programs, and commercial engagements
Advise business teams on regulatory and compliance guardrails for ASC-based service models, digital engagement, and operational initiatives
Support evaluation, structuring, drafting, and negotiation of strategic partnerships, commercial arrangements, and collaborative activities
Partner with other functional team members to provide expert guidance on AKS, state fraud laws, False Claims Act, and related enforcement trends
Collaborate closely with compliance, anti-trust, regulatory, quality, and health economics teams on risk mitigation and policy development
Requirements
Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized US law school
Licensed to practice law and in good standing under the Bar of at least one state in the United States or in Washington D.C.
8+ years of legal experience to include 5+ years of legal experience advising clients on the laws and regulations relevant to the sale and promotion of healthcare products and services, with specific experience in the ASC segment and negotiating and drafting agreements governing the sale of healthcare products and services.
