10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or software development
2+ years in a management or technical lead role
Experience helping to make technical decisions and providing guidance to solve problems
Extensive hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL in large scale, highly available production environments
Deep hands-on expertise with Datadog and modern observability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and defining and managing SLOs
Experience designing, documenting, and driving scalable reliability practices, including standards, tooling, and processes
A great communicator who can succinctly explain complex technical concepts
Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours.
