Role Overview
- Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals
- Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development
- Drive business results by working closely with Consultants
- Lead acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships
- Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field
- MBA is preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred
- Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Strong Customer Understanding
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to travel (30%
- 50%)
