About this role

establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team
lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
mentor junior developers, system architects, and foster a culture of technical excellence
lead design, development, migration, and deployment of scalable, robust Pega applications

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
strong understanding of Pega Constellation
ability to build advanced UI's with Angular, React etc.
ability to build new Applications and Workflows with Latest pega features taking advantage of the AI features like Blueprint Architect
transform Business requirements into Pega solutions using latest Pega features
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
Master's degree preferred
