Responsible for Project Enablement, including creating application vision and design technical approach and elicit requirements for new automation capabilities and process orchestration
Work on reengineering and enhancements, including identifying and constructing gap analysis to optimize the process, user experience and performance improvements
Create Application profile, design enterprise class structure and organization layer, user access control and routing logic strategies
Provide Technical Governance to create and maintain technical enterprise assets to promote reusability and coding standards to meet technical and functional requirements
Conduct in-depth analysis to mitigate risk and ensure smooth change control processes and change implementation, ensure communication of change release to all stake holders
Drive requirement grooming sessions with business users and stakeholders, conduct technical feasibility analyses
Prepare Pega Workflow design, system integration and interface design documents, exception handling and failover and retrial strategies
Sprint Planning, user story sizing, velocity estimation, backlog maintenance and user story assignment
User story code development and programming, unit testing, defect fixing, deployment, QA and UAT Support, release planning and production deployment and go live support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Pega Senior System Architect certification
5 years of experience developing healthcare applications using Pega full technology stack
demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end Pega technologies
strong foundational skills in web development and problem-solving
experience with Medicaid and Medicare government-funded health insurance programs in the United States
