Partner with software developers and product managers to define features and establish criteria for verifying correct implementation of AI-driven workflows
Leverage your expertise to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable test automation frameworks that support continuous delivery and integration
Enhance platform scalability by implementing effective performance and load testing strategies to handle enterprise-level contract data
Set the "coding standards" for the entire QE team, ensuring robust, enterprise-grade SaaS platform stability
Requirements
10+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation
2+ years of experience in a lead or managerial capacity, including actively managing and mentoring a team of SDETs
Deep experience in TypeScript, Java, or Python and a strong grasp of software design patterns
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, scalable test automation frameworks that support continuous delivery and integration
Experience validating non-deterministic AI outputs and ensuring the integrity of data mined from complex documents
Proficiency in modern tools; specific experience with Playwright is a strong plus
Solid understanding of testing REST APIs and knowledge of SQL and various database systems to validate data integrity
Strong experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices and setting coding standards for the entire QE team
Practical experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Git version control
Ability to enhance platform scalability by implementing effective performance and load testing strategies
Demonstrated strength in partnering with software developers and product managers to define features and verification criteria
