Minimum 10 years of Engineering or Operations experience, 5 years in a commissioning role.
Confirmed ability to operate, commission, startup, tackle, assess and resolve various plant related issues.
Experience and knowledge in overall plant commissioning principles.
Knowledge in additional technologies a plus : Air Separation, HYCO, Gasification, Ammonia, H2 Electrolyzers, Helium process systems desired.
Strong background in all aspects of operating facilities including machinery, instrumentation and controls, electrical, mechanical systems, and sophisticated controls across multiple technologies.
Shown operations and technical skills.
Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, interpret develop curves of field machinery, read electrical single line drawings, understand controls nomenclature & function checking of field equipment
Knowledgeable in process safety, health, and local environmental requirements.

Regional travel of 75 – 80% per year with potential Global travel
The ability to represent the America’s Commissioning and Startup Organization and Air Products in front of our participants (project teams, construction, operations, and our customers)
Able to communicate between management, operations, maintenance, customers.
Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
Shown leadership, organizational, computer and social skills combined with good communications skills (written and verbal).
Formal training and experience with leading RCA’s, the six-sigma process, and continuous improvement tools a plus.
