CAD System Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee the operational health and technical efficiency of emergency dispatch systems
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware and software
• Develop and execute customer operations policies
• Cultivate mutually beneficial alliances with customers and end-users
• Proactively initiate problem-solving actions for hardware, network, and third-party components
• Maintain high-functioning, 911-center equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of Public Safety Applications experience involving CAD Systems
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
