Showroom Audit – Maintains and audits all Customer-facing content in all CITY and Ashley Showrooms.
Provides problem solving support and recommendations to CITY leaders in regards to recurring issues found during audits.
Specialized role to identify gaps in standards and to improve audit scores through problem identification.
Problem Solving – Identifies problems from showroom audits and strategizes root cause analysis and provides recommended countermeasures to senior department leadership.
Follows up with team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Audit Reporting – Provides audit reports to showroom and management in a timely manner.
Provides monthly and quarterly reporting to Sr. Leadership.
General Graphics Production Support – Assists with ordering and maintaining marketing supplies in showrooms.
Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.
Requirements
High School Diploma Required
1-5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role
