Role Overview
- Providing implementation support and ensuring optimal configuration and training services
- Developing clinical training plans in partnership with teams
- Maintaining long term customer relationships to support revenue strategy
- Consulting with customers for effective implementation
- Guiding customers in testing and clinical integration of solutions
- Analyzing workflows and facilitating change management
- Ensuring proper system testing and training plans
- Identifying and resolving application issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical experience in exercise, physiology, kinesiology, nursing, allied healthcare or equivalent
- Clinical education/teaching experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Philips Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions Product Knowledge strongly preferred
- Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
- Project management skills
- High comfort level with technology and informatics concepts
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and use general installation tools.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time and live near a metropolitan airport.
